A regular on Smackdown between 1999 -2002, briefly in 2005, and 2010 to 2012, Christian has managed to accumulate 195 matches. He did so without ever really being a top star of the brand, but he was always a constantly class worker. He's the kind of guy who WWE can book in the mid-card and get a great match out of. His biggest run on Smackdown came in 2011, when he was very much a part of the World Title scene. He won the belt from Alberto Del Rio at Extreme Rules, but lost it just five days later to Randy Orton on the May 6 Smackdown. That set the tone for his year, with Christian being one of the blue brand's main competitors.
