God bless The Great Khali for trying his very best in 2007, but the 'Punjab Nightmare' was old news before his 2006 feud with The Undertaker ended, let alone when his World Heavyweight Championship reign commenced.

Mere months after Shawn Michaels had to scream at him just to look at the hard camera when he posed, Khali stared right into it holding the company's co-richest prize. For a brief moment, the wrestling world was as upside down as the belt itself.
