Why, to tell your fans about it immediately before transitioning into a pretty despicable promo that smushes the memory of the victims of 9/11 under someones boot. That boot heel belonged to Muhammad Hassan (obviously), who appeared on this episode to festively claim that he was the real victim of 9/11. Talk about cheap heat, and further proof that for a long while, nothing was out of bounds for Vinny Mac. After all, negative attention and controversy was still eyes on the product, right? Luckily, to take away some of the sting new kids book author Mick Foley is there (having proclaimed himself anti-war) to say the best part of being American is that Hassan has the right to say whatever he wants.
