The very mention of DX is usually enough to conjure thoughts of lurid black and green colour schemes, but the earlier incarnations of the stable sported a far looser uniform. The Shawn Michaels-led first lineup had no fixed attire, but the group really took off visually when Triple H assumed control. The gang began to wear simple black t-shirts with a distinctive central logo (clearly inspired by another entry we'll get to later on the list), but were each allowed their own individual little quirks. It helped get the stable over as anti-authority rabble rousers, defying the archetypal pro-wrestler look by preferring to wear bandanas, baseball caps and jeans - a far more threatening look than Triple H and HBK's try-hard 2000s revival.
