The Kabuki Warriors worked well as heels against Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. That's isn't a problem in itself, but the sudden coinflip that brought about this apparent alignment change most certainly is.

Asuka and Kairi Sane turned heel just because. They've both been clear babyfaces throughout their runs, yet WWE turned them into villains totally out of the blue. Nothing happened to make these people stop being like babyfaces, so, like... what the f*ck?

Remember that this is the promotion that prides itself on its storytelling. "We tell stories, pal." They tell you this over and over again, but telling stories is demonstrably the thing they're worst at.
