25 Reasons Why WWE Hell In A Cell 2019 Was An Absolute Mess

18. Recap City

SmackDown being on FOX is a huge deal. We get it. The show popped a good number on its season premiere and will likely be the focal point for most WWE programming going forward, but did the promotion really need to throw so many recaps onto last night's pay-per-view?

It used to be that wrestling television existed to hype the PPVs. Now, it seems to be the other way around.

A couple of clips, advertisements, and reminders would've been fine, but SmackDown highlights chewed up 5-10 minutes of Hell In A Cell - a show that really didn't need more p*ss-break spots.
