8. Cactus Jack Cuts A Promo From An Empty Football Stadium
This vignette is strange for various reasons. First of all - quite clearly - it's in the middle of an empty football stadium. It makes a little bit of sense, as this Raw is in State College, Pennsylvania, and the stadium is Penn State's football field. Not total sense, but a little bit. In case you were feeling reassured, here's point number two: he's not wearing shoes. This is never explained. Point number three: he refers to the feud between himself and Terry Funk, and WWF even air a few clips of IWA's infamous 'King of the Death Match 1995' show - which feature Foley bearing a wooden cross on his back, and Terry Funk riding a freaking white horse to the ring.
