13. Mike Chioda Ignores Cena's Attitude Adjustment Breaking His Light Count

At the end of the Russian Chain match, Cena and Rusev both end up with three turnbuckles lit up a-piece. At this point, the two begin wrestling with the chain, and Cena manages to hit Rusev with the Attitude Adjustment, before returning to hit the fourth turnbuckle and "win" the match. Typical chain/strap match rules dictate that, if the two wrestlers make significant contact, the continuity of the turnbuckles is broken, and the wrestler has to start tapping them again. In this instance, there's a whole 19 seconds between his third and fourth turnbuckle taps, during which he nails the AA, which should've broken the whole thing up and made Cena start again. It's all referee Mike Chioda's fault, of course. JBL tries to paper over the blatantly poor booking by saying, "The forward momentum of John Cena was never stopped", but since when has that been a rule about these matches? Rubbish.
