28 WTF Moments From WWE Extreme Rules

2. Rollins Beats Orton With The RKO...And It's Allowed

After Orton nails an RKO on an interfering Kane, Rollins lands an RKO on Orton and then escapes from the cage to win the match and retain the WWE World Heavyweight title. But wait a minute, isn't the RKO banned? Does the RKO being hit on an interfering party still count as being part of the match because it's no disqualifications? But if the match is no disqualifications, then does the banned RKO rule even really matter? The rule was implemented in extremely clumsy fashion that instantly reminds one of the shady WCW booking of the Vince Russo era, and though Rollins will no doubt have a smug explanation for it on Raw, it was messy and irritating. If Rollins claims that it was in fact a Rollins Cutter, at least that would be funny, but it'd still not really make much sense.
