3 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (Dec 22 - Results & Review)

Ups...

3. They Packed A Lot Into This One

Skye Blue Queen Aminata
AEW

Skye Blue is going to be one of 2024's biggest success stories.

AEW hasn't even scratched the surface of what she's capable of, so it's gonna be a joy when Skye finally finds her promo voice and starts developing her character that way. The union she has going on with Julia Hart will feed into that too, which is lovely. Yep, the sky's the limit (so to speak).

Queen Aminata didn't do her own prospects any harm on Rampage either. Together, both women worked a tidy five minute match. If that doesn't sound like enough time to do anything worthwhile, then prepare to be amazed - they packed a ton into that five minutes. Talk about maximising your minutes!

The bout ended up way better than a standard, boring squash would've been. Granted the submission finish was a wee bit messy, but it wasn't totally horrible looking or anything. Blue will just need to tighten things up if she's using that Dragon Sleeper long-term.
