3 Ups & 3 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Feb 1)

1. Luchas Steal The Show, Again

The night's opening match was a six man tag team match, with The Lucha Bros and Taurus against The LAX and Daga. If ever there were a match to kickstart a wrestling show on a high, it's surely this. All six men gave it all they had to ensure the audience, both in attendance and watching from home, had a whale of a time. This was also the first time we had seen Taurus and Daga in action, two men who would be right at home in the X Division should they become regulars.

Other than being an athletic showcase, the bout was used to continue the World Tag Team Championships rivalry between The Lucha Bros and The LAX, with a title rematch scheduled for next week. Their previous showing at Homecoming last month was one of the best from the pay-per-view.

It'll be a shame when the rivalry comes to a conclusion as it's possibly the only feud in Impact today that hasn't really had any major downsides to it. The action has been incredible to watch, the story has been told perfectly, and everyone involved has played their role to perfection.

Can it just never end?
