3 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Deadly Draw: Women's Tag Team Tournament (Aug 3)

Veda Scott did a tremendous job on commentary. She had an instant rapport with Tony Schiavone, taking his feeds and running with them and was affable and knowledgeable throughout, bouncing off the veteran. AEW would do well to hire her for this role full-time.

Shaul Guerrero was on ring announcing duties, reprising the role she held in the now-defunct WOW promotion, while WWE Hall-of-Famer Madusa showed up with a quick promo putting the Deadly Draw's significance over. Both did a good job in their roles, with Madusa significantly more convincing than in her last few WWE outings.

Each of these names was a good choice for various reasons, be it name value or experience. Thumbs up.
