5. A Rare ‘L’ For The Bloodline

Roman Reigns Jey Uso Solo Sikoa Bloodline

Some folks won't agree with this, and that's fine. Here goes!

The face-to-face between Roman Reigns and Jey Uso shockingly didn't land for yours truly though. It was all a bit lower-key than most Bloodline segments have been over the years. Sure, they got business done by setting up "Tribal Combat" for SummerSlam, but there was a real lack of intensity.

Although it's defo nitpicking, Roman didn't really sell the importance of Jey possibly becoming the next 'Tribal Chief' if he wins. That and the fact Reigns' coveted Undisputed Title(s) will be up for grabs failed to sink in before the credits rolled on SmackDown - everything felt weirdly rushed.

Also, on the belt, Roman bizarrely suggested that it didn't mean much to him when he plonked it on the table in front of Jey. That was supposed to feed into the threat of losing his dominion over the family, but it kinda made the title feel second-rate.
