4. WWE Isn’t Learning Lessons

Charlotte Flair is going through a real rough patch right now. Most of her matches have this sloppy, disjointed feel to them, and this SmackDown scrap vs. IYO SKY followed that recent trend. It's strange, because both are obviously capable of putting in a shift. They didn't phone things in, but the match failed to click.

IYO didn't come across as somebody fans should view as a threat to the biggest female stars either, which is a bit crap considering she currently holds Money In The Bank and should be the biggest threat. Something else needs reiterated: Charlotte sucks as a babyface, and WWE must turn her full heel immediately.

This wasn't the most egregious example of her unlikeable face run, but it remains painful to watch generally. Questions must be asked about what the company wanted to achieve here too. Did they mean to make IYO look less-than? That's doubtful. It happened though.

Odd, counter-productive booking.
