5. Cesaro Continues To Struggle

Cesaro has slumped into a dreaded jobber-to-the-stars spot that's doing nothing to sell him as a pro wrestling cyborg despite the commentary team's best efforts. Against Elias, the so-called 'Swiss Superman' (something Sami Zayn kept shouting from ringside) looked like he'd been hired in as local enhancement talent.

His struggles are coming at the worst time of the year too. Come WrestleMania 36, there's every chance that Cesaro will be lost in the mix amongst the other losers filling up those André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal slots. That might've been good enough for the guy back in 2014, but it's nowhere near good enough now.

Cesaro's plight isn't helping Zayn's case either. His other meal ticket, Shinsuke Nakamura, just lost the Intercontinental Title to Braun Strowman, and now Cesaro is jobbing to Elias like a complete afterthought. Oh well, there's only one thing for it.

Reach for those brass rings, mate.
