3 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (7 Feb)

4. When Will It End?

Roman Reigns 'King' Corbin

Yours truly has really enjoyed parts of 'King' Corbin's feud with Roman Reigns, and even looked on the bright side of that dog food angle last week. If that was over-the-top, ridiculous sports entertainment fun, then this week's segment was a total waste of both men and a slap in the face to Roman's retribution.

This is dragging on and on and on.

Reigns beat Corbin in a 'Falls Count Anywhere' brawl at the Rumble then dumped a load of Chappie on him last Friday. That, surely to God, should've been the end of their feud. What was the need for the 'King' to come out and start crowing about his need for "one more match" with Roman before they'd call it quits?

Therein lies with the problem with all these pay-per-views: WWE need matches to fill them, and they don't have any better ideas than sticking Reigns and Corbin inside a cage at Super ShowDown. That, hopefully, will be the end for a rivalry that's already outstaying its welcome.
