Oops.

The ring announcer seemed to drop the ball on that King Woods comeback surprise, and that totally killed the buzz for what was supposed to be a neat return moment. Even Kofi Kingston shook his head and tried to salvage things. This was very WCW, being honest.

There were more production snafu's later in the program too. WWE ran a match graphic for Ricochet vs. Humberto before a commercial break, then welcomed fans back to see Ricochet vs...Angel. That gave away what was about to happen (Rico wrestling both members of Los Lotharios in singles bouts).

Vince McMahon should be concerned by these little mistakes. They all add up, and they definitely will remind older fans of World Championship Wrestling circa 1999/2000. What next? Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns laughing as the camera lingers on them too long post-chase scene?
