Ups…

3. She Is Who She Said She Is

Well, if we’re going to get a whole lot more Charlotte Flair, we might as well get the Queen we all expect anyway.

Flair delivered a “woe is me” promo about how missing out on WrestleMania wasn’t her fault, then ran down the entire women’s division as she put herself over. She played to fans who say she takes opportunities from other wrestlers, noting that the doesn’t “steal opportunities, I am the opportunity.”

Then during a Raw Women’s Championship rematch, Charlotte turned her words into action, interfering for a DQ finish and laying out a gassed Asuka and Rhea Ripley. It looks like the focus for the foreseeable future will be on these three women, which honestly is about as smart of a decision as WWE could make to ensure Rhea’s title reign starts off with a series of good matches.

And at least we don’t have to pretend that Charlotte is a virtuous heroine.
