Considering how dismal the Raw tag team division has been for a while now, welcoming back a former champion duo on Monday night was a great way to energize the post-WrestleMania show.

The Viking Raiders returned to action on Monday night, picking up a win over former tag champs Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin. And Erik & Ivar looked just as good as always doing it, hitting most of their typical tag team moves. If Raw hopes to have a resurgent tag division, they’re going to need teams like the Viking Raiders, so having them back is definitely a positive step.

We’ll just casually ignore the fact that Erik spent a few months chasing after R-Truth as part of the “24/7 division.”
