3 Ups & 8 Downs From WWE Raw (April 5)

It would be really easy to make the Bad Bunny/Miz climax a “down” here after watching Miz & John Morrison using watercolor “paint” on the rapper’s $3.6 million Bugatti – it was really obvious how low-rent the defacing was.

But we’re gonna have to give credit to Bad Bunny for taking a beatdown from Miz & Morrison and then getting tossed over the hood of another car (albeit landing off-camera). This is a top musical act bumping around for a couple of comedy heels, trying to make them look serious. So yeah, while this feud has been less than stellar, we’ll try to be optimistic here and give them credit for having the Grammy-winner taking a beating and bump like that.

Also, we’ll give props for making this a bit better by turning it into a tag match with Morrison and Damian Priest joining the fray. Bad Bunny’s promo was actually pretty good, sounding like a real, heartfelt message about his love and respect for this business, but how Miz didn’t even respect him as a man. Now that is a good message that is believable. Makes you wonder why they can’t do that with their full-time wrestlers.

Just next time, can we make the paintjob a bit more believable? Anyone over 5 could tell it wasn’t paint, and that just detracts from things.
