“It took two of the best in WWE to keep Sheamus down.”

Tom Phillips said that with a straight face after walking punchlines and human punching bags John Morrison & The Miz managed to score a win over the Celtic Warrior in a handicap match. Keep in mind that this came after Morrison lost cleanly to Sheamus (meaning he hasn’t won a singles bout in more than a year).

This also came after the opening segment, when Miz & Morrison served as cannon fodder for Goldberg and Drew McIntyre, looking like professional goofs once again.

But yeah, these are two of WWE’s best. It’s well-documented that these two can’t win matches. But hey, WWE keeps telling us that they’re elite superstars, so we have to believe them, right?
