30 Best Performers In WrestleMania History

13. Daniel Bryan (4-1)

To put it mildly, Daniel Bryan was WrestleMania XXX. He opened it and he closed it, beating three of the members of Evolution in the process. That alone pushes Bryan high on the list.

He also has defended the WWE Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania XXIX with Kane, and he won the Intercontinental Championship in what would be his final Mania match at XXXI.

Bryan’s lone blemish came in the infamous World Heavyweight Championship match where Sheamus defeated him in 18 seconds with a Brogue Kick at Mania XXVIII. That one kick pissed off fans and sent Bryan on a weird trajectory that ultimately led to his pairing with Kane.

It’s arguable that Bryan is being placed too high on this list because his accomplishments are still fresh, and perhaps he could drop a few spots. However, a win in the Intercontinental Championship ladder match Sunday could justify this slot.
