30 Best WWE Photos Of 2016

3. Awaiting The Inevitable

3 Undertaker Intro Shane McMahon

The Undertaker's WrestleMania history is the most legendary in the game, and one day there will be a must-have photo book of his many matches, entrances and successes. The book could very well have this shot on the cover, as Shane McMahon stood nervously in the centre of the ring awaiting the arrival of the Deadman.

It is a special shot. The purple lighting, the smoke and ice, the huge WrestleMania sign, Hell in a Cell and the hordes of viewers with their eyes glued to the entrance. Taker doesn't have many Mania matches left in him, but he will leave us with a plethora of beautifully iconic entrances

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
