Lost to WWE's paintbrushing of its own past when the company spent the weeks ahead of Evolution pontificating on women's wrestling gone by, the Jumping Bomb Angels were too good for their own good in 1987.

A women's elimination match on the maiden edition of the pay-per-view showed some forethought, even if the follow-up collapsed after one more appearance from the Japanese pair at 1988's first ever Royal Rumble. They dazzled in the clash, surviving at the expense of division lightyears behind them.
