The Undertaker's debut only grows more powerful as WWE itself gets demonstrably worse at introducing new stars, but the simplicity of it is still something worth luxuriating in.

The greatest payoff to a "Mystery Partner" promise in WWE history, The Undertaker's gimmick was wonderfully established even with short-term manager Brother Love walking alongside the 'Lord Of Darkness' decked out in his usual gleaming red and white. There are good, bad and indifferent ways to arrive in style - this one was as mesmerising as it was memorable.
