30 Most INSANE Things Wrestlers Have EVER Said On Live TV

4. Vince McMahon Makes Trish Stratus Bark Like A Dog...

...and he also made her cry, and he made her apologise for things he'd told her to do, and he made her get on her knees, and he made her strip, and he made her stop, and he made her leave.

With everything we now know about the allegations of sex trafficking and abuse against Vince McMahon, moments like his degrading treatment of Trish Stratus on WWE television take on an even more disturbing weight.

At the time, it was just another example of McMahon’s unchecked ego running wild. The most egregious, but still merely just another example. Deep into his megalomaniacal persona, he forced a shivering, tearful Stratus to strip in the middle of the ring as part of a humiliating punishment segment. It was tasteless, exploitative, and utterly unnecessary, yet McMahon likely justified it as a way to generate heat for his eventual comeuppance at WrestleMania X-Seven.

In hindsight, it’s hard not to see this as another glimpse into a man who, off-screen, allegedly manipulated and controlled women in far worse ways. What was once written off as “just a storyline” now looks more like a reflection of an abuse of power that extended well beyond WWE’s scripted world.
