ECW and WWE fan favourite Rob Van Dam isn’t just a fluffy soft toy of a man who looks like he belongs in the Hundred Acre Wood getting into scrapes with Winnie The Pooh.

No, the hero of the home furnishings department also invented the Van Dam Lift: a weight-lifting form that he also holds the USAWA-approved weightlifting record for today, and probably will until the sun goes out, rendering this planet as bleak and uninhabitable as TNA.

Why? Well, just look at him.

He’s lifting a 166.5lb weight while performing a full splits off the ground, his legs supported by two benches several feet apart. And yes, people have tried - and failed - to break that record... just not very many.
