WCW got a bit of a reputation for putting on banging undercards but poorer main events during the same era. WWF was different. Undercards often sucked, but the headliners were usually must-see. When binging, it’s shocking just how many of these PPVs have nothing to offer beyond the main match.

Genuine question: Which other matches do you remember from shows like Over The Edge 1998 (Austin vs. Dude Love) or St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1999 (Austin vs. McMahon in a cage)? Even tentpole events like SummerSlam '99 and Survivor Series '98 are only really fondly remembered for one match at the end.
