Charlotte mercilessly slams Sasha Banks from the side of the Cell through the announce table, even before the official beginning of their Hell in a Cell main event.

Women's wrestling came on an incredible amount in both 2015 and 2016, and one of this year's most important moments was Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks at Hell in a Cell - for various reasons. Not only was it the first women's match contested under the infamous stipulation, it was also the first time a women's match had main evented a main roster pay per view.

The match divided opinion in terms of quality, but nobody could fault the effort both wrestlers put into making the night a significant one. Charlotte emerged the victor, winning back the Women's Championship in Banks' own hometown of Boston, Massachusetts.
