Rampage Brown ripped the WhatCulture Heavyweight Championship into many, many pieces. WTF, apparently.
I laughed at this on commentary because I'm not a mark and can see that is a belt whose former purpose in life was to be a cardboard box for a disassembled office chair to sit in before Pacitti got his scissors, pens and glue out of his Hello Kitty pencil case.
