It was my immediate reaction and I'm sure it was yours too. Why did WhatCulture have two bin men playing paramedics? Take the high visibility jackets away and you've got a very different look for those two unsuspecting actors...
The props department have some work to do. Maybe they should be watching 'Casualty' or 'Holby City' if they're still on television. Then they'd see what a real medical professional looks like.
