1. SummerSlam '17 - If Only There'd Been Actual Sharks

If you'd told us in August 2017 that in twelve months time, both Enzo Amore and Big Cass' toxic brand of groinal content would be gone from the company, we'd have given you a big sloppy kiss. The prospect of such a utopia seemed further away than a pair of underpants in a high-school nightmare when the two were combining to stink up the joint, with a bit of added help from fellow ponger The Big Show.

Big vs. Big's 'Enzo in a shark cage match' came perilously close to a human rights abuse. The word 'lumbering' simply couldn't do enough on its own to describe it, and the fact WWE thought this was the best vehicle to get Massive Col over - the fact they thought it possible at all - was yet another depressing reminder that NXT really is nothing but pure misdirection, a Maginot Line of real wrestling whilst the badness of Kaiser Vince sneaks across the main roster Ardennes.

If there was one redeeming feature, it was Enzo being booted square in the face having slipped out of his supposed prison. But it came too late. The ten-and-a-half minutes collectively lost to a few hundred thousand viewers could almost certainly have been used to cure cancer. Instead: this. Way to go, WWE.
