33 Forgotten Moments In The Undertaker's WWE Career

20. Back To Japan

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnPrZ8ATpv0 Many fans don't realise that The Undertaker actually worked for Michinoku Pro Wrestling over in Japan at the height of his WWF fame. He defeated Hakushi on October 10th 1997, working for Michinoku Pro as part of a talent exchange with the WWF. McMahon was trying to incorporate talented lightweight talent at the time, in a bid to counter WCW's successful cruiserweight division. The working relationship with Japan made sense. It is kind of surreal to look back on this match, with Taker there in his full on character in this Japanese environment.
