During the show's emotional opening tribute to Dusty Rhodes, many fans were no doubt distracted when they noticed former WWE superstar Brad Maddox standing next to Curtis Axel in the roster line-up, prompting fans to ask, "What the hell is he doing there?" and "Is he even still employed by the WWE?" Yes, apparently. Maddox was last seen on WWE programming on April 6th in a segment with Kane and Seth Rollins, and it's hard to imagine why they'd bother having Maddox come to Ohio if he wasn't going to actually be doing anything.
