19. Road Dogg Handcuffs Hawk To The Ringpost. The Referee Does Nothing.
Ken Shamrock was more than a little annoyed at Mike Chioda at the end of his match, but he was nothing compared to the official of this match. The referee has an absolute nightmare here, allowing the New Age Outlaws to get away with double-team attacks, eye gouges, and so on. He might as well let them handcuff Hawk to the ringpost...oh wait he does! Although Road Dogg breaks out the 'cuffs behind the referee's back, the official doesn't make any attempt to help free the babyface, even after realising that he's been trapped. Animal almost manages to win the match on his own, but the Outlaws draw a deliberate DQ and beat down the Legion member. Hawk gets tired of waiting around, and breaks the handcuffs. He chases off the bad guys, but it's far too late.
