35 Top WrestleMania Performers In WWE History

14. Roman Reigns (4-2)

While CM Punk never achieved his dream of main-eventing WrestleMania, Roman Reigns closed out WWE’s biggest show four years in a row.

Reigns won two matches as part of uber-trio the Shield at WM 29 and 30, but he was elevated to a top level by WrestleMania 31, as he challenged Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Despite getting a push with rocket boosters, Reigns was heavily booed in the lead-up to Mania, leading to Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase and leaving with the world title.

History didn’t entirely repeat itself at WM 32, as Reigns entered as the challenger to Triple H, still was heavily booed, but emerged as world champion. Reigns would topple The Undertaker at 33 – again while being heavily booed – and then lost his WWE Universal Championship challenge against Brock Lesnar at WM 34 last year.

Despite main-eventing four straight WrestleManias, the dismal performance against Brock and horrific crowd reaction definitely tempers things a bit.
