15. Stephen Amell's Pointless Titantron, Terrible Ring Attire...And Surprisingly Good Ring Skills
It's surprising the WWE didn't make more of having Stephen Amell at SummerSlam: instead, they used a titantron that someone clearly put together on Friday night when they wanted to go home (it has like three clips of Amell at Raw) and had him wear ring attire that looked like something a regular roster member would wear if they lost their proper outfit at the airport. It's all the more strange because Amell came to the ring in a cool-looking green jacket. Wouldn't it have been more fun to give him an elaborate entrance and have him wrestle in some modified, comfortable form of his TV show's attire? Instead he just looked kinda like Zach Gowen (remember that guy?). All this said, though, Amell acquitted himself just fine by proving that he could live up to his TV show namesake: he pulled off a number of solid moves, including a hiptoss, plancha and an enziguri, without embarrassing himself in the process. While the match was thoroughly predictable and not particularly memorable, Amell kept up with everyone else just fine.
