4 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Rampage (Oct 1)

1. Jade Cargill Kills It

Danielson beating Nick Jackson and then tapping out Omega almost got the top 'Up', but not quite. In the end, your writer decided that Jade Cargill deserved this lofty spot instead. She's been improving steadily since moving on from squashes, and Rampage marked the next step in her evolution as a genuine contender.

Also, her three-way with Nyla Rose and Thunder Rosa was straight up fun.

The trio brought some p*ss and vinegar with them to Rampage, and they made the most of the nine minutes handed to them. Rose took a thumping powerbomb off the ropes through a table to the outside, which explained her absence when Cargill belted Rosa with a steel chair from behind and scored the win.

AEW know they've got something in Jade. She oozes star power, has come on leaps and bounds between the ropes, can talk, doesn't shy away from heat and will only get better. Is she AEW Women's Champ-in waiting and a replacement for Britt Baker? Only time will tell.

Cargill is going places though.
