4 Ups & 10 Downs From WWE Raw (Dec. 13)

2. Orton’s Frustration Level Grows

After a period where it looked like the relationship had jumped the shark, RK-Bro has been absolutely entertaining in recent weeks, while at the same time telling a pretty good story.

Monday, Randy Orton continued with his frustration at Riddle’s antics and inability to stay focused on what their top priority as a tag team should be: retaining their Raw Tag Team Championship. Riddle of course was more interested in reminiscing about wearing his broadcaster’s blazer from last week, and when Randy reeled him back in and tried to refocus him, Riddle simply shifted gears to talking about becoming podcasters.

It’s pretty clear that Orton’s patience is going to run out at some point soon, most likely when Riddle’s goofy antics cost them the tag titles, which will inevitably lead to Randy snapping and turning on him. It’s something you can see coming, and it actually will make sense when it happens.

That’s if WWE itself can stay focused and tell a coherent story from beginning to end.
