4 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 17 - Results & Review)

2. This Worked A Treat

Toni Storm Timeless
AEW

Even Christian Cage has to take a backseat to Toni Storm in terms of showing dedication to a fresh character. 'Timeless' Toni is absolutely rocking it with her vintage Hollywood gimmick. It's one of the best things in pro wrestling as calendars tick towards the end of 2023, and she's just getting started.

Rampage's tune up match for Full Gear vs. Hikaru Shida's old mentor Emi Sakura clicked from the first moment Storm waltzed through the curtain. It was an effective bit of pay-per-view hype, and marked another strong performance (in a growing line of them) from Toni.

She has to win that AEW Women's Title from Shida. It's her Hollywood homecoming, damn it! Tony Khan would be making a big mistake if he didn't strike whilst Storm is heating up nicely. 'Timeless' has captured fan hearts, and shows no signs of slowing down.

Put that belt on her ASAP.
