4. Up - Robbed Again
Interviewers also caught up to Austin Aries, who was backstage after his victory over No Way Jose. Despite picking up the win at TakeOver, though, he was beside himself with anger.
Once again, Aries said, his great moment had been interrupted, and he wouldn't let it stand. When he debuted on NXT, he was attacked by Baron Corbin, but he proved why Corbin shouldn't have started anything with him at TakeOver: Dallas, when he sent "The Lone Wolf" packing. Next, No Way Jose interrupted him when he was cutting a promo, but he just got finished showing Jose what the penalty for that way.
Finally, it was Itami, who ran in and spoiled his victory, and he'd be the next one to see what happens when you interrupt Austin Aries - if he thought the layoff he just came off was long, Aries would show him long by ending his career.
This was a really well-done promo that made Aries feel like a superstar of the brand.
