4 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage 100 (July 7)

This writer would be lying through his teeth if he said he wasn't bored of The Young Bucks' sugar rush style by now. They feel the need to do absolutely every wrestling move they can think of, so a little restraint would be nice. That stuff is flashy and impressive, but you're never given time to digest anything before it's onto the next spot.

However, their opening trios bout alongside Hangman Page was popular with the live crowd, and the post-match stuff carried more weight than most things usually do on Rampage. If you like the high tempo of Bucks' matches and can overlook the lack of selling, then there was a lot to like during Friday's opener.

It wouldn't have been out of place on Dynamite.

Yes, this is a little bit of a mix between an 'Up' and a 'Down', but it's leaning more towards the former. It'd be hard to argue that the Jackson bros aren't slick. They really, really are, and people do get a buzz out of seeing them dash around the place.
