4 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Mar 10)

2. Not A Great Outing

Charlotte Flair Shotzi

Fans are struggling to invest in Charlotte Flair as a babyface, which isn't all that surprising. Her silver spoon behaviour and condescending tone in promos is heel 101. Christ, even Flair herself knows that - she told Steve Austin last year that she doesn't enjoy being baby. So, why WWE persisting with this sh*t?!

The crowd in Pittsburgh didn't give a rat's ass about her bout vs. Shotzi. Again, that's understandable considering creative has done the grand sum of sod all with their green-haired tank driver for the longest time. So, fans were "treated" to a rough match that played out in front of a lifeless live crowd.

Wonderful.

This was approx 10 minutes you'll never get back, and it's fair to say that Charlotte might be the least relatable/likeable face in pro wrestling these days. Shove her in there with someone who's totally lost (Shotzi) and you get this humdrum scenario.
