4. Almost Time To Pull The Trigger

Heel Dominik Mysterio is coming.

Rey Mysterio's lad has now dropped three straight matches to Sami Zayn. This week, Dom asked daddy dearest to stay put backstage for his third attempt, but Rey-Rey came out to do guest commentary and watched his boy lose again. Post-match, Sami chastised Mysterio Sr for being a poor coach.

Here's where this differs from the final 'Down' moan; most WWE fans could spot Dominik's turn coming a mile off when this story started. Now, after some carefully-placed heelish comments and a bunch of rookie-style losses, Mysterio the younger is ready to pull the trigger on that unruly teen-like rebellion against his father, and it's the right thing to do.

Is it weird that Dom won tag titles first before they started this tale? Yep, but there's literally nothing else WWE can do with the pair as a unit. Dominik blatantly needs to stand on his own two feet at some point, and it was always going to be important that the E booked that before fans started booing him.
