3. The Boys Worked Hard

It's a minor complaint, granted, but the Dante Martin vs. Scorpio Sky bout probs should've gone on before Punk's AEW World Title promo. Despite some early awkwardness (again, the poor commentary team had to pick up the pieces there), Dante and Scorp had a tidy little main event.

They worked their arses off to entertain.

Highlights included Ethan Page at ringside spotting the danger of Martin's high-flying style, and Sky managing to overcome a flurry of attacks from Dante to fend him off. He looked every bit the strong champ he didn't before by doing so. On that note, it thankfully looks like Scorpio has moved on from Sammy Guevara.

These dudes weren't responsible for the odd formatting on Rampage. They were tasked with going out there cold and having a good match, and they managed that. Dante is a star in the making, and he also got to do some talking pre-match too.

Good job.
