4 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dark (July 7)

2. The Butcher and The Blade/Lucha Brothers vs. The Unholy Goober Army

FULL DEATH
AEW

... and boy, was this squash done right.

The grumpiest alliance in modern wrestling, FULL DEATH CERO MIEDO, reuniting to smash a gang of absolute goobers ahead of Fyter Fest. These poor doofuses never stood a chance. Tony Donati landed one strike while Pentagon was doing his Cero Miedo bit before him and his boys were steamrolled. First it was the Lucha Brothers doing slick tandem work, then The Butcher and The Blade getting bludgeonous, before all four came together in a beautiful festival of violence, wiping all the jobbers out prior to isolating poor Joe Alonzo for the finish.

Butcher and Blade took a Pentagon assist on their Full Death finisher before Fenix flew in to take the pinfall. In and out at roughly three minutes and concluding with an awesome sequence of devastating moves, this was absolutely great for a Dark squash and a most delicious Fyter Fest appetizer indeed.
