4 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dark (May 19)

4. QT Marshall vs. Clutch Adams

Another competently worked but rather dull match.

Marshall vs. Adams had little flavour to it. QT entering with a bandaged midriff after Lance Archer's destruction of him gave Clutch something to work with and justified his control sequences, making the whole thing more believable. Still, there was little excitement here. The most rudimentary moves and holds were exchanged for five minutes before Marshall got out of a Fireman's Carry and hit his QT Cutter for the victory.

An uneventful viewing experience on an uneventful show.
