4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (April 15)

WWE's writers might've learned a lesson on SmackDown.

Give talented workers time (whilst keeping shenanigans to a minimum) and they'll deliver without fail. That was the case with Naomi vs. Rhea Ripley in the opener, and it happened again later in the show come main event time. Riddle and Jimmy Uso worked quite the headliner.

Riddle was the right winner too, 'cause it does look like The Usos will be the ones to unify those Raw and SmackDown Tag belts at 'Mania Backlash. Why not? They'd look awesome standing alongside Roman Reigns with all the gold. That's too good an opportunity to sleep on.

Side note: WWE should hold off on the inevitable Randy Orton vs. Jey Uso bout. Watering down this feud with endless singles matches would suck, especially when the upcoming pay-per-view showing has real potential to be special.
