4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Oct 22)

SmackDown's ending flat out sucked.

The fact that WWE chose to close the show with that title swap business at all must be questioned. There was no real drama beforehand, because everybody knew this was only going to end one way. Plus, creative just dumped on their own 'Champ vs. Champ' hook for Survivor Series.

Becky Lynch, a known bad ass, willingly gave up her SmackDown Women's Title in exchange for the Raw prize. Meanwhile, Charlotte Flair (a known belt hoarder), ditched the red version for blue. That's enough to drive anybody who tries to give a toss about these championships absolutely mad.

Yes, Sasha Banks challenging Flair will lead to fun matches. No, that does no excuse the crappy formatting from WWE in the lead up to the Draft. If they knew that Becks and Flair would be switching shows, then why put titles on them at all?

Maddening.
