3. Gable Can Do It All

Anytime Chad Gable is on your screen, there’s a pretty good chance he’s going to do something to entertain you, whether it’s laugh, smile, gasp in amazement or just cheer him on.

Monday night was no exception, as the Alpha Academy battled the Viking Raiders in a mixed six-person tag match, which doubled as Maxxine Dupri’s in-ring debut. Gable flew around the ring, keeping the energy level high (along with help from Otis, of course), building everything up to when he finally had to make the tag to Maxxine.

Dupri entered and managed to pull off a couple armdrags and a suplex before and attempted Caterpillar was met with a knee from Valhalla. But she managed to catch Valhalla with a corner sunset flip to get the pin, once again besting the more experienced superstar with a simple wrestling move Gable taught her.

This isn’t Shakespeare, but it’s decent enough, and it’s bringing Maxxine along slowly, showing her picking up a move or two at a time rather than being expected to have pieced it all together.

He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
